What happens next?

If you have been asked by your employer or Recruitment Agency to obtain a CRB Disclosure you should continue reading these pages carefully using the "Next >>" button at the top of the page. You will then be able to complete our online Disclosure Application Form.

You will be aked to fill in our online application form and provide details from documents to prove your identity. You will then be asked to provide these documents for inspecition either by us (Cataphract) or your employer. Your completed and checked form will then be sent to you for signature. Once you have signed and returned the form we will then process your application through the CRB.

Our online form is protected by a 128-bit SSL Certificate issued by Thawte. All data entered is strongly encrypted and completely safe. Our secure pages are maked with the Thawte Trusted Site Seal.

The personal information contained in the Disclosure certificate is used, stored and disposed of in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Criminal Records Bureau and is not used for any other purpose.

The CRB Disclosure application will then be forwarded to the Criminal Records Bureau. The checks take about 4-6 weeks to process although enhanced checks can be delayed by local police forces. The Disclosure certificate will then be sent to your home address and a copy sent to us. We will then forward it to your employer or agency. We will reveal the result to your employer or employment agency.
