FACTS
-
A DBS Disclosure Form, has over 1000 fields that may need to be filled in by
you, not including continuation sheets that may be required.
-
If you make a mistake, go over the lines, forget to fill in a field or tick a
box correctly or if any part of your application is not
legible to the DBS's computerised form scanners, your
application will be delayed and may be rejected.
-
Rejected applications still incur an application fee.
Why manually fill in fiddly forms ? Why risk delays or repeat application
fees? Cataphract Ltd have a unique application system that gathers the
necessary information using a simple, easy-to-follow set of web pages. It then
pre-prints your application form and all continuation sheets perfectly,
ensuring that every application we submit goes
through quickly on the first attempt.
