Cataphract is an umbrella organisation for the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB).  We provide a regulated 'one stop' service giving access to records held by the police, together with those held by the Department of Health (DH) and the Department for Education and Skills (DfES).

If you are an individual who needs a CRB Disclosure certificate for your current job or for a new job then using this secure website you can apply on-line for a Standard or Enhanced Disclosure. You will need to provide details about yourself, your name and changes of name, your addresses where you have lived for the last five years, including postcodes, your national insurance number and the position you are applying for, together with your employers or agency name and address.
